Ingredients
- ( 2 regular) Wholemeal flat bread (pita or Lebanese)
- ( 1/2 cup) Hummus dip
- ( 1 medium) Peeled carrot
- ( 1/2 medium) Cucumber, unpeeled
- ( 1/2 medium) Red capsicum, fresh
Method
- Cut the pita breads in half to make two pita pockets per pita bread.
- Prepare the vegetables: grate the carrot, slice the cucumber, remove the capsicum seeds, and cut into the capsicum slices.
- Spread the hummus on the inside of the pita bread.
- Fill the pita with the remaining vegetables.
