Ingredients
- ( 4 x 15 cm) White tortilla bread
- ( 1 grams) Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- ( 1 cup) Black beans, boiled and drained
- ( 1/3 cup) Frozen corn kernels
- ( 1 medium) Tomato
Method
- You will need two (2) tortillas to make one (1) quesadilla.
- Open a tortilla and place the grated cheese on top.
- Spread the black beans and corn on top of the cheese.
- Place the second tortilla on top.
- Heat a pan. Cook the quesadilla in the pan for 3–5 minutes. Flip the quesadilla and cook for a further 3–5 minutes.
