Ingredients
- ( 320 grams) Pork mince, raw
- ( 3 tsp) Fish sauce
- ( 1 stalk) Lemongrass, raw
- ( 1/2 tsp) Cooking salt

- ( 2 tbsp) Vegetable oil
Method
- Crush the garlic and chop the lemongrass.
- To a mixing bowl, add the pork mince, garlic, lemongrass, and fish sauce and combine well.
- Make the mince into small patties and fry in the oil until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, add the rice noodles and cover with boiling water. Allow to sit for 15 minutes before draining.
- Prepare the remaining ingredients. Using a peeler, cut the carrots into ribbons. Separate the lettuce leaves and cut into chunks.
- To serve, place a portion of the rice noodles in a bowl, then place the vegetables on top, and finally the pork. Dress with the Nuoc Cham.
