- ( 3 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
- ( 5 tsp) Low-salt/no-added-salt tomato paste
- ( 400 ml) Tomato puree commercial
- ( 300 ml) Tap water
- ( 1 tsp) Iodised table salt
- ( 1/2 tsp) Ground black pepper
- ( 1 cube) Stock powder dry or cube

Ingredients

Method
- Cut the onions, potatoes, carrot, and garlic into small pieces. Set aside.
- In a pan, add the oil and fry the onions and garlic until golden.
- Add the carrots to the cooked onions. Stir well until softened.
- Add the potato and peas. Continue stirring until all vegetables are tender.
- Add the salt, pepper, Vegeta, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water
- Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, until fully cooked.
