Ingredients
- ( 1 1/2 medium) Raw chicken breast
- ( 4 cup) Cos lettuce
- ( 1 medium) Green capsicum, raw

Method
- Season the chicken with pepper.
- Add a small amount of oil to the pan and cook the chicken, until cooked through.
- Chop the lettuce, and cut the tomato, cucumber, and capsicum into small cubes. Mix in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the oregano, feta, lemon juice, and remaining oil to the mixing bowl. Stir.
- Serve the salad with the cooked chicken.
