Ingredients
- ( 1 medium head) Iceberg lettuce
- ( 2 medium) Cucumber, unpeeled
- ( 2 medium) Brown onion, raw and peeled

Method
- Wash the vegetables well.
- Cut the tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and cucumber into small pieces.
- Combine the cut vegetables in a large salad bowl.
- Store the salad in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Add the salt, vegetable oil, and lemon juice just before serving.
