Ingredients
- ( 4 slice) Mixed-grain bread
- ( 1 large) Egg
- ( 2 tbsp) Raw sugar
- ( 1/2 cup) Lite (1% fat) milk
- ( 1 medium) Red apple
- ( 8 large) Strawberries
- ( 1 medium) Banana
Method
- In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, and sugar.
- Dip the sliced bread into the egg mixture and let it soak for one (1) minute. Turn the bread over to coat both sides.
- In a pan, add the bread. Cook until golden-brown, then remove. Cut into small pieces in any shape you want.
- Cut the apple, banana, and strawberries into evenly-sized chunks.
- Make kebabs by putting the fruit and French toast onto a kebab stick.
