- ( 500 grams) Bassa fillet raw
- ( 6 tbsp) Olive oil
- ( 7 medium) Tomato
- ( 7 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
- ( 1 long) Raw red chilli
- ( 1/2 bunch) Fresh parsley
- ( 3 slice) Mixed-grain bread
- ( 1/2 tsp) Ground black pepper
- ( 1/2 tsp) Cooking salt

Ingredients
- ( 500 grams) Bassa fillet raw
- ( 6 tbsp) Olive oil
- ( 7 medium) Tomato
- ( 7 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
- ( 1 long) Raw red chilli
- ( 1/2 bunch) Fresh parsley
- ( 3 slice) Mixed-grain bread
- ( 1/2 tsp) Ground black pepper
- ( 1/2 tsp) Cooking salt
Method
- In a medium pot, add half the oil, then add the sliced garlic and chilli. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the diced tomato.
- Cook the tomato for 4–5 minutes on high heat, so that the tomatoes turn into a sauce. Then, add 500mL of water and cook for 15 minutes on high.
- While the tomato mixture cooks, heat the remaining oil in a pan. Cook the fish for three (3) minutes on each side.
- Serve the fish with the crazy water and a slice of toasted bread.
