Ingredients
- ( 8 slice) White bread
- ( 4 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
- ( 12 tbsp) Olive oil
- ( 5 medium) Tomato
- ( 1 bunch) Fresh basil
Method
- Toast the bread in a toaster.
- Cut the garlic clove in half and rub on the toasted bread.
- Dice the tomato and tear the basil leaves. Combine with the olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Put the tomato mixture on top of the bread, and serve.
