- ( 2 cup) Green beans
- ( 6 stems) Fresh spring onion
- ( 4 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
- ( 5 tsp) Raw ginger, peeled

- ( 6 leaves) Raw silverbeet
- ( 1 cup) Brown rice
- ( 1/2 tsp) Ground black pepper
- ( 3 tbsp) Vegetable oil
- ( 500 ml) Tap water

Ingredients
- ( 350 grams) Lean beef rump steak
- ( 2 cup) Green beans
- ( 6 stems) Fresh spring onion
- ( 4 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled

- ( 1/2 tsp) Ground black pepper
- ( 3 tbsp) Vegetable oil
- ( 500 ml) Tap water
Method
- Cook the rice, following the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the beef into strips and set aside.
- Slice the spring onion, crush the garlic, and grate the ginger.
- In a large pan, heat the oil. Cook the beef for 3–5 minutes.
- Add the spring onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for five (5) minutes.
- Blanch the beans and silverbeet in a pot of boiling water for 1–2 minutes. Then drain the beans and silverbeet and add them to the pan with the beef.
- Serve with the rice.
