Ingredients
- ( 3 regular) Wholemeal flat bread

Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees (C).
- Cut the vegetables into 2cm pieces.
- Pull the pita bread into two halves. Spread tomato paste on each side.
- Add the cheese and then the vegetables.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
