Ingredients
- ( 300 grams) White fish, raw
- ( 1/3 cup) Plain flour
- ( 1 large) Egg
- ( 1/2 cup) Breadcrumbs
- ( 2 tbsp) Olive oil
- ( 3/4 medium) Sweet potato
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (C).
- Set up three bowls. In the first, place the flour. In the second, place the egg, and whisk the egg. In the third, place the breadcrumbs.
- Cut the fish into 3cm strips.
- Coat the fish, first with the flour, then with the egg, and finally with the breadcrumbs.
- Cut the sweet potato into chips. Coat them with the oil.
- Place the fish fingers and chips on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
