Ingredients

  • ( 7 large) Strawberries
  • ( 1 medium) Banana
  • ( 1 cup) Frozen blueberries
  • ( 2 cup) Yoghurt vanilla flavoured (2% fat)
  • ( 1 cup) Wheat Cereal

Method

  1. Put the frozen berries into a microwave-safe container. Cook in the microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. In a tall cup, place the crumbled cereal. Then use half of the yoghurt to fill the cup halfway.
  3. Pour the microwaved blueberries on top of the yoghurt.
  4. Add the rest of the yoghurt on top.
  5. Place the quartered strawberries on top, and serve.
