Ingredients
- ( 7 large) Strawberries
- ( 1 medium) Banana
- ( 1 cup) Frozen blueberries
- ( 2 cup) Yoghurt vanilla flavoured (2% fat)
- ( 1 cup) Wheat Cereal
Method
- Put the frozen berries into a microwave-safe container. Cook in the microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- In a tall cup, place the crumbled cereal. Then use half of the yoghurt to fill the cup halfway.
- Pour the microwaved blueberries on top of the yoghurt.
- Add the rest of the yoghurt on top.
- Place the quartered strawberries on top, and serve.
