- ( 2 bunch) Fresh mint
- ( 4 medium) Tomato
- ( 2 medium) Brown onion, raw and peeled
- ( 1/2 cup) Bulgur uncooked
- ( 4 tbsp) Olive oil
- ( 2/3 cup) Lemon juice
- ( 1 tsp) Cooking salt
- ( 1 tsp) Ground black pepper

Ingredients
- ( 4 bunch) Fresh parsley

- ( 2 medium) Brown onion, raw and peeled
- ( 1/2 cup) Bulgur uncooked
- ( 4 tbsp) Olive oil
- ( 2/3 cup) Lemon juice
- ( 1 tsp) Cooking salt
- ( 1 tsp) Ground black pepper
Method
- Chop tomatoes, parsley, mint and onions finely and combine in large bowl.
- Soak crushed wheat in water until it expands, drain water in a colander.
- Sprinkle finely crushed wheat on the mixture and leave aside.
- Add olive oil, salt, black pepper and lemon juice to the mixture.
- Toss salad well by hand.
- Serve tabouli in a deep dish. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
