Ingredients

  • ( 10 biscuits) Granita Biscuit(s)
  • ( 55 grams) Butter
  • ( 3 yolk(s)) Egg Yolk(s)
  • ( 1 x 397g can) Condensed Milk
  • ( 3 tbsp) Lime Juice

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan forced. Grease a 20cm flan tin with removable base.
  2. In a medium bowl combine biscuits and butter. Press mixture over base and sides of prepared tin. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk, zest and juice.
  4. Pour mixture over prepared base. Bake for 12 minutes or until just set.
  5. Refrigerate until required. Serve with double thick cream.
