Ingredients

  • ( 1 cup) Wheat pasta, dry
  • ( 1 medium) Tomato
  • ( 3 tbsp) Olive oil
  • ( 1/2 cup) Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • ( 1/4 bunch) Fresh basil

Method

  1. Cook the pasta, following the instructions on the packet. Strain the pasta and set aside to cool.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into large chunks.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, cheese, and basil leaves.
