Ingredients
- ( 20 florrets) Raw broccoli
- ( 5 medium) Peeled carrot
- ( 8 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
- ( 1 1/3 cup) White rice, raw
- ( 4 tbsp) Reduced-salt soy sauce
- ( 200 ml) Tap water
- ( 6 tbsp) Vegetable oil
Method
- Cook the rice, following the instructions on the packet.
- Peel the carrot and cut into slices. Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Add the oil to a pan and heat. When the pan is hot, add the vegetables and stir fry for five (5) minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the soy sauce and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve with the rice.
