- ( 1/2 cup) Coconut, grated and dessicated
- ( 2 regular) Naan bread

Ingredients
- ( 2 medium) Lean chicken breast, raw
- ( 1 tbsp) Sunflower oil
- ( 1 tsp) Brown mustard seeds
- ( 1 stem) Curry leaves
- ( 1 long) Raw green chilli
- ( 1 medium) Brown onion, raw and peeled
- ( 3 cup) White cabbage, raw
- ( 1 tsp) Cooking salt
- ( 1/2 tsp) Turmeric powder
- ( 1/2 cup) Coconut, grated and dessicated
- ( 2 regular) Naan bread
Method
- Boil a medium pot of water. When it has boiled, turn off the heat and allow to cool for five (5) minutes.
- Add the whole chicken breast. Place a lid on the pot. Remove after 20 minutes and slice thinly
- In a large pan, add the oil and heat. When it is hot, add the mustard seeds. Cook for 30 seconds and stir.
- Finely slice the chilli
- Add the curry leaves and chilli. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the onion and cook for five (5) minutes.
- Add the cabbage, coconut and water. Then add the salt and turmeric. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the chicken slices to the cabbage mixture.
- Serve with naan bread.
