Ingredients
- ( 3 cup) Green beans
- ( 2 1/2 cup) Mushroom, raw

Method
- Cook the rice, following the instructions on the packet.
- Heat a large frying pan. Add the oil and then the garlic and cook for 10 seconds.
- Add the trimmed green beans and cook for five (5) minutes.
- Add the mushrooms, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Serve with rice and fresh coriander.
