Ingredients
- ( 2 regular) Flat bread or pita bread
- ( 100 ml) Tomato puree commercial
- ( 1 medium) Red capsicum, fresh
- ( 1 cup) Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- ( 1/2 cup) Baby spinach, raw
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (C).
- Spread the tomato puree over the Lebanese bread in an even layer.
- Add the cheese in an even layer.
- Top with capsicum.
- Place the spinach in a bowl with 40mL of water. Cover and cook in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drain and then place on the pizza.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
