Ingredients

  • ( 4 slice) Mixed-grain bread
  • ( 1 large) Egg
  • ( 2 tbsp) Raw sugar
  • ( 1/2 cup) Lite (1% fat) milk
  • ( 1 medium) Red apple
  • ( 8 large) Strawberries
  • ( 1 medium) Banana

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, and sugar.
  2. Dip the sliced bread into the egg mixture and let it soak for one (1) minute. Turn the bread over to coat both sides.
  3. In a pan, add the bread. Cook until golden-brown, then remove. Cut into small pieces in any shape you want.
  4. Cut the apple, banana, and strawberries into evenly-sized chunks.
  5. Make kebabs by putting the fruit and French toast onto a kebab stick.
